Question 3 1. When I originally started this project, I already had a photography background as I have enjoyed it as a hobby for many years, and I had prior editing experience. Although I was already experienced before starting, I have had very valuable lessons throughout this entire process of creating my magazine. I started with very simplistic pictures that didn’t suit my individual aesthetic, and that I didn’t feel would suit the feeling I wanted to be associated with my magazine either. When having my models at the photoshoot, I quickly learned that I would need to direct them in what way to pose so that I could end up with an image I would like, which I didn’t do originally. At the second shoot, I became more comfortable in directing my models which is something I think helped to establish good photos which are the basis of a magazine.
